Orders and payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. No online payment is required. An order receipt confirms that we received your request. If stock, delivery details or a listed price need clarification, our team will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery costs BDT 80 inside Dhaka City and BDT 150 outside Dhaka City. Your applicable charge is shown at checkout. Provide a reachable phone number and complete address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order before dispatch.
Order issues and exchanges
Please read our Delivery & Exchange information. Contact us promptly for damaged, incorrect or missing items, and keep the packaging. Confirm eligibility and delivery charges for sizing or change-of-mind exchanges before ordering. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
