How do I place an order?
Choose a product, select your size and quantity, and add it to your bag. Enter your name, mobile number and delivery address at checkout, then place your order.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order as a guest without logging in or creating an account. Account creation is optional.
How do I pay?
Pay in cash when your order is delivered. No card or online payment is required.
Products & sizing
How do I choose my size?
Measure the inside diameter of a bangle that fits you and compare it with our Size Guide. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need help.
Will colours look exactly the same?
Small colour differences can occur because of lighting, photography and screen settings.
Delivery & exchange
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery costs Tk 80 inside Dhaka City and Tk 150 outside Dhaka City. Your total is shown at checkout.
Can I change or exchange my order?
Contact us as soon as possible for order changes. Keep items unused and contact us before returning anything. Read our Delivery & Exchange policy for details.
How do I get help?
Call 01629242182 or message Elysian on WhatsApp. Include your order number if you have already ordered.
How do I track my order?
If you entered an email at checkout, use your order number and billing email on our Order Tracking page. If you ordered without an email, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the phone number used at checkout. We will verify your details before sharing an update. Save the order number shown after placing your order.
